Processing & Shipping Time
Products in stock at our warehouses are typically shipped within 3 days. We ship directly from our US warehouse to North America. The estimated shipping time will be provided at checkout based on your selected carrier. Pre-order items, as indicated on the product page, are generally shipped within 6 to 8 weeks. Yokkao is not responsible for courier delays.

Shipping Costs
During checkout, shipping costs will be calculated accordingly along with an estimated delivery date. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes imposed by local customs authorities.
Customers are responsible for any additional import duties from Thailand and taxes imposed by local customs authorities for customized products. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be settled by the customer with the relevant customs authority.
Tracking Orders

Undelivered Packages
In case of an attempted delivery by the courier where the customer does not receive the package, or the package is lost by the courier, Yokkao is not responsible for damaged packages or undelivered packages resulting from the courier's actions or the customer not receiving the product.
