They are ideal for Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing or simply an intensive cardio workout. The gear is tried and tested daily on the grounds by our fight team to ensure that only the highest-quality products reach your hands.
Muay Thai glove sizes are measured in ounces (oz). Choosing gloves size depends on the weight of the user as well as the purpose of the training. For general training like bag work and pad work, 8oz-14oz are recommended while heavier gloves 14oz-18oz are required for sparring. YOKKAO gloves come in 8oz to 18oz for all weight classes and training purposes.
